Participation in the program is based on the Partner Company's continued relationship with Ford and stays into effect until terminated by either party.įor Partners, this means that an eligible Partner Recognition employee or retiree may generate up to two PINs per calendar year to be used towards the purchase or lease of a new vehicle for themselves or other members of their household. This applies to select Tier 1 suppliers, business partners, fleet partners and special organizations who have a unique relationship with Ford. This is a plan that is offered by the Ford Motor Company to employees, retirees, spouses and other household members with a valid driver's license to prove residential status.
